This is a classic replica of the submachine gun made famous by prohibition gangsters. This functional non-firing replica is a Collectors Armoury exclusive product. This Commercial Model features a 50 round removable drum and pistol fore grip, just like Capones soldiers would have used. The bolt cocks and releases with a pull of the trigger. This military version of this model (item No. 22-1093) was later made famous by troops of the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions in World War II. This is the most recognizable firearm in U.S. History!
Because of their quality and craftsmanship, as well as their gangster-era and WWII connections, Thompsons are sought as collector's items.

M1928
Love it but I had to file on the inside of the mag release so it would hold the mag in place better, sometimes the drum would just fall out but it's an easy fix if you have hand tools.

This is an excellent repo of a 1928 Thompson.. I had NO problems with the drum mag. It fit's tight and proper, VERY pleased with my purchase!

Nice!
This is a very nice replica that is a great conversation and display piece. One issue...the magazine fits somewhat loose and can fall out. I was able to tighten it up, so now it fits better. I also added a Thompson sling to make it look like the Thompson Nicolas Cage carried in Windtalkers. Overall its a great item for the price!

Drum keeps falling out.
Anyone have this problem or am I loading it wrong?

Denix M1928 Thompson Replica Submachine Gun
I was disappointed in this replica. The Sten and the M3 are so much better choices, and the MP40 is awesome. I wish they would charge more and make a little better product. The wood looks cheap and the metal looks fake.

1928 Thompson Submachine Gun (replica)
While it has a few flaws to a trained eye, it accurately represents the gun for display purposes in a museum setting that's primary focus is not the weaponry itself, but rather the era in which they were primarily used.
