      At first look I was impressed. A closer inspection revealed loose parts and some areas of the surface finish rough enough to the point where I got a small metal shaving sliver in my hand. I guess as a display only item it's OK, but generally you get what you pay for. I returned it. Maybe I got one that slipped by QC as I have bought other items from this company with no issues. Oh well, no biggie.

      Excellent reproduction. Weight within ounces to Piatta 1851 replica. Fires toy caps without modification. Looks elegant in crafted display case.
