These cap firing shells work great! Easy to load and fire every time. Very impressive!
Great product
After a few times the tab broke off needs to have a full rim not tabs.after 3 or 4 times the caps would not stay on.

I purchased 22-49 for 22-1191N and I soon realised... ... that product 22-49 seems to have a critical design flaw. The problem is that instead of a 360º rim, the manufacturer went with two tabs positioned at 0º and 180º. If you load this ammo without caps and dry fire, it seems to warp the tabs to such an extent that the ammo is no longer compatible with the caps. :( Also, due to the presence of tabs instead of a 360º rim, the ammunition can rotate in such a way that it escapes the rear of the chamber when the hammer is cocked, which can lead to a broken tab (and sometimes the temporary loss of said tab in the action :X). Two cartridges were unloadable within a few days of my purchase, and none of the cartridges properly held caps thereafter. There is positive news on the horizon! I ultimately ordered 22-001 for 22-1191N and I'm much happier with my purchase. Granted, 22-001 doesn't work with the pull off caps, but the caps didn't quite interest me quite as much as the mechanics of the replica itself. Incidentally, dry firing the revolver creates a loud, satisfying clack even without ammunition... so caps might not even be all that necessary. I haven't done any dry firing with 22-001 yet, but at the very least, it doesn't LOOK like it possesses the same flaws. Hope this helps! God bless, Miles
