Denix SAA Cavalry (7.5") Barrel
I couldn't be more pleased when weighed against the price. The action is solid throughout with the exception of the trigger which tends to cant out to the right when at full cock. I can attest that the size and weight are pretty much identical to the real thing. I have since bought a SAA clone in .357/38 spl and they are so close the quick draw holster I bought with the replica works for the real thing as well! My only complaint was the fit and finish of the grips. The grips were slightly off of lining up with the frame, plus they were finished with a dark, opaque stain that totally hid the wood's grain. A small thing but noticeable. I sanded them to fit, put on a light cognac stain, and finished them with gunstock oil. It's beautiful now. One last remark: if you can't tell from the info, the smaller, solid brass colored ammo is the one you want. The super realistic looking .45 ammo DOES NOT FIT. Thanks, Will
